Theresa Mittelbrun

Theresa Mittelbrun grew up on the south side of Chicago and moved to the northwest suburbs after college. She and her husband John married and moved to Schaumburg where they raised their two sons, John and Nathan. They joined Trinity in 1985 and both of their children are graduates of Trinity Lutheran School.

Theresa joined the Trinity Church staff in 2007 after retiring from a career as a Systems Consultant in the employee Human Resource's field. She leads the Generosity Ministry at Trinity and has been the Secretary of the Foundation since 2010. One of Theresa’s favorite bible verses is from 2 Corinthians 9:7 “God loves a cheerful giver”. She is passionate about reaching and teaching all to be cheerful Christlike givers.
